Small everyday moments, collected and shared — one entry at a time.

About Andy
Hi, I’m Andy.
I live in southeastern Korea — across Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam — and often wander between nearby cities. Weekdays keep me busy with work, but weekends and holidays are for walking neighborhood alleys and exploring new towns on foot.
This blog began with a simple thought. Over the years I’ve taken countless photos on my outings and trips, and one day I realized just how much time had quietly passed. I wanted to do more than save photos — I wanted to write down the stories behind them, and if those notes happened to be useful to someone walking a similar path, even better.
- Started: January 2026 — running for 4개월
- Posts so far: 1 on food · 4 on daily life · 1 on travel (6 in total)
- Readers: still a modest audience, but steadily growing.
This isn’t food criticism or a polished travel guide. It’s closer to honest notes — what I actually saw, ate, and felt, written down before it slips away.
What You’ll Find Here
The blog is organized around three themes.
Food — One Meal at a Time
Straightforward write-ups of places I’ve actually eaten at. Photos of the dishes, prices, the feel of the room, and — most importantly — whether I’d go back. Mostly local spots around where I live, with the occasional memorable find from somewhere I’ve traveled to.
Life — A Coffee, A Thought, A Slow Afternoon
Favorite cafés, ideas that surfaced over a cup of coffee, and brief scenes from everyday life. Now and then, the kind of topic worth pausing for.
Travel — One Step Further
From weekend day trips close to home to overnight journeys further afield. Mostly this corner of Korea, often the rest of the country, and occasionally somewhere abroad. I try to include the route, the cost, the highlights, and the disappointments — the kind of details I’d want if I were planning the same trip.
How I Write
A few principles I hold myself to:
- I only write about what I’ve experienced firsthand.
No copy-pasting from search results — if I haven’t seen it for myself, it doesn’t go on the blog. - If something falls short, I say so.
Reviews that only mention the good parts aren’t really helpful to anyone. - Sponsored or paid content is clearly marked at the top of the post.
Even when a post is sponsored, my opinions stay my own, and I never hide that fact. - I correct mistakes as soon as I find them.
For details that change over time — prices, opening hours — I note when the post was written so readers know how fresh the information is.
Who This Blog Is For
If you’re looking for genuine reviews of restaurants and cafés worth visiting, you’ll find plenty here. If you’re planning a weekend outing or a short trip somewhere in Korea, I hope my notes give you a useful starting point. And if you simply enjoy reading about the everyday — a quiet café, a walk along the coast, a meal that turned out better than expected — you’re in good company.
Readers from outside Korea are very welcome here. I’m working to make as many posts as possible available in multiple languages, so that anyone curious about Korean food and travel can read along.
If a post resonates with you, feel free to share it with someone who might enjoy it too. That kind of gesture means a lot.
