The “O’Kim’s” lettering carved into marble feels refined and quietly sophisticated—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel restaurant.
Step inside and the bright green staircase grabs your attention immediately.
The walls are packed with portraits of Irish writers, musicians, and political figures—it really sets the scene for an authentic Irish pub experience.
There’s even a separate “Guinness Room” tucked inside.
O’Kim’s was the first place in Busan to officially serve Guinness, and this private room is perfect for group gatherings.
The Pub Atmosphere
The wooden bar counter is one of O’Kim’s signature charms.
Lined with rows of whisky bottles, it feels like a proper Dublin pub.
The main hall has soaring ceilings and that timeless pub vibe.

By day you get sunlit waves; by evening, the Marine City skyline lights up—all from the same table.
The table setting is crisp and polished, with the sea stretching out beyond.
Time really does feel like it slows down.

Hanwoo Black Burger is 38,000 won, O’Kim’s Burger 36,000 won, President Burger 32,000 won; pastas run 33,000–36,000 won and pizzas 39,000–43,000 won.
For two people, the Lunch Course (60,000 won) or the Harmony Set (130,000 won) is fantastic value.
As a hotel restaurant, the menu is fully in English alongside Korean, and the staff handle English orders without a hitch—worth knowing if you’re visiting from abroad.
That “Guinness Quality” plaque on the wall isn’t just decor.
Very few spots in Korea hold this certification, which is why Guinness lovers consider O’Kim’s a pilgrimage site.

The President Burger (32,000 won) is one of O’Kim’s signatures.
Sesame bun, a thick juicy patty, bacon, lettuce, tomato—stacked high enough that taking a bite is a real commitment.

Even the fries are thin and crunchy without being greasy.
Pasta Lineup
Three pastas on one table: Seafood Tomato Spaghetti, Seafood Cream Spaghetti, and Potato Gnocchi.
The plating alone screams hotel restaurant.

The cream sauce isn’t too heavy, and there’s plenty of seafood in every bite.
Arugula on top adds a fresh contrast that keeps it from feeling rich.
The White Ragu Pakkeri Pasta included in the Harmony Set.

This was hands-down one of the standouts of the meal.
The Margherita Pizza is 39,000 won.
Soft, chewy crust with mozzarella that pulls long, fragrant strands when you lift a slice.
Even after we were stuffed, we kept reaching for one more piece—ended up taking the leftovers home.
Steak and Dessert
The Angus Tenderloin Steak.
Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, served with asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes.
The knife glides through it—tender, juicy, and beautifully glazed.
The Harmony Set (130,000 won) is a great deal for two.
It includes the Angus tenderloin, Hanwoo Black Burger, White Ragu Pakkeri Pasta, and two drinks.
Plenty of food, multiple highlights, and surprisingly good value.
The lunch dessert to close it out.
A flaky pastry with berry sauce—light, sweet, and the perfect finish.
There’s always room for dessert.
Honest Thoughts
O’Kim’s is more than just a hotel pub.
First, it was the first place in Busan to serve Guinness, and the draft quality really shows.
Second, the Hanwoo Black Burger and President Burger are must-tries if you’re hunting for the city’s best handmade burgers.
Third, that Haeundae ocean view beats just about any other restaurant in town.
Yes, prices run on the higher side—but the atmosphere and quality are worth every won.
For anniversaries, dates, or any meaningful gathering, this is a top recommendation.
