If you’ve ever wandered through the Westin Josun Busan lobby and caught a glimpse of that ocean view, you’ve probably wondered about the cozy Irish pub tucked right there on the first floor.
That’s O’Kim’s—a name that mashes up the most common surnames in Ireland (“O”) and Korea (“Kim”).

I finally checked it off my list with a lunch date and, honestly, the Haeundae Beach view alone makes the visit worth it.
Plenty of photos below, so settle in.

Honest Thoughts

O’Kim’s is more than just a hotel pub.
First, it was the first place in Busan to serve Guinness, and the draft quality really shows.
Second, the Hanwoo Black Burger and President Burger are must-tries if you’re hunting for the city’s best handmade burgers.
Third, that Haeundae ocean view beats just about any other restaurant in town.

Yes, prices run on the higher side—but the atmosphere and quality are worth every won.
For anniversaries, dates, or any meaningful gathering, this is a top recommendation.

Next time, I’m coming back at night for the Marine City lights and a proper Guinness pour.

🩷 Heads up: window seats book up fast. Call or reserve through Naver before you go.
🩷 Card payments are accepted, including international Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. This is true at virtually every restaurant in Korea, so you won’t need cash.
🩷 No tipping in Korea. It’s not part of the culture, and staff may feel a little awkward if you try to leave one—the service charge is already built into the price.
